Move it or lose it…

Lose what? Health? Energy? A race with your 7 year old son? Yup…that happens. Anyone who has known me for awhile knows I’m passionate about fitness. I finally got off night shifts after 5 years this past month. I had stopped moving. I had no energy, no drive, increasing weight and frustration galore. I’m getting back in the game and want to share some great moves from time to time. Enjoy…and don’t forget to move.
